Polina Ben-Sira (formerly Bedrikovetsky) comes from a cultural background and speaks English, Russian and Hebrew. She grew up in the world infused with art, theater, and literature. A year spent in Israel enriched her life and art with spiritual and artistic inspiration, bright colors of the nature and the people of the land, and traditional Jewish art. Polinas experiences in Chicago and New York brought the urban fantasy, slick design, and smart typography to her work. Aside from creating illustration and graphic design, she also draws, paints, creates prints and ceramics. Polina has done apparel design for Castro fashion, identity and logo for AOIG, illustrations for a TRIZ educational textbook, and reportage drawings of Chicago, New York, Jerusalem, Zfat, and the Sinai. She also designs souveniers and textiles for the Israeli based company Rikmat Elimelech. She is an art director for Enriched Beauty, an internet based company, that sells Israeli jewelry. Polina also teaches art to students of all ages.
